We wanted to start sending more campaigns without being overly promotional. Coming up with a creative and varied content mix was key to engage the audience in the long term.

MyPillotStore was not collecting emails with a popup. As a retailer, they do not offer discounts, so we had to come up with more creative ways to collect email signups.

MyPilotStore had flows for specific usecases (e.g. re-ordering certain items) but was missing some more generic, high-volume flows at key steps of the funnel.


MyPilotStore had several flows targeting very specific audiences. These were high-intent, but low-volume flows. We started adding broader flows that would reach more people to cover every step of the sales funnel.

We developed a sending calendar with a creative content mix blending educational product campaigns with historic planes and other aviation-related events.

We set up a “manage preferences” page and started collecting more data on our audience’s content preferences and their specific aviation interest. This allowed us to target content more precisely.

We set up a collection form and A/B-tested different signup offers to find the one that would maximize the signup rate. This allowed us to grow the list faster and get better results.


MyPilotStore had a big list but knew they were underutilizing it. They hired us in November 2023 to take care of their email marketing from A to Z and increase revenue as much as possible. Over the following 5 months, we grew their email revenue by 296%
